Choose and personalise this course for you: The problem is that you struggle with confidence when speaking English and lack of knowledge of the client’s culture, which leads to difficulties when communicating with international buyers and investors. You are unable to inspire the ‘dream’ of the property with enough nuance and appeal, which sometimes also shows in your initial emails to prospective buyers. Additionally, you are nervous in critical meetings and negotiations in case you miss a key item relating to legal, financial, property detail or client requirements, and all these factors together are preventing you from achieving your commission goals and the promotion you deserve.
By providing real world practical scenarios that are situational and dynamic as well as interesting and challenging you quickly and easily focus on establishing rapport and creating a connection with the other person so natural communication takes place. Communication of ideas is primary which becomes more apparent with strong and effective grounding and use of correct phrases and expressions gained during the training exercises.
